Fall Soccer Registration
In-person registration Sat 5/31 and Sat 6/28 at Hesse Park (main pavilion), 9:00 a.m. - noon. Online registration available Jun 2-Aug 20. Mail-in registration available May 30-Aug 20. Resgistration forms available in Handouts. Children entering grades K-8, living within District 203 (OTHS) boundaries, are eligible to participate; must turn five (5) before Dec 30, 2008. Volunteer coaches needed; applications for paid referee positions accepted May 30-Aug 20. For information or to volunteer, contact Kerry Turk at BoostersAD@cs.com. New Change To Registration Fee The cost to register your child for program sports is now $25.00 for the first child and $20.00 for the second and any subsquent family members in the program. Electronic registration for each child is increased to $27.00 per sport for the first child and $22.00 for the second.

Transaction Fee Summary For 2007 The Booster Club began on-line registration in 2003. Our provider, Active.com, protects registrants' payment information at all times using several thorough security policies and safeguards. Strict security begins at the point of data transmission, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption certificates issued by industry leader VeriSign on all payment servers. This SLL encryption scrambles all payment information between your computer and their servers, payment data is effectively locked away by storing payment data on separate servers that do not have direct access to the Internet, and protecting them from digital access using a firewall. Payment data is further secured by limiting access, in fact denying access, from the Web site. Active.com does not read credit card data from the database, nor does it make that data available to event administrators using our data export utility. Thus, credit card data is never available on their website, never leaves the Active systems, and event administrators are protected from the risk they would incur if they had to store and protect that data themselves. The cost for e-registration for each child is $27.00 per sport for the first child and $22.00 for the second; whereas, normal registration cost (in person)is $25.00 and $20.00 respectively. Use the On-Line Registration button to register your child electronically. Late registration costs after each closing date will be $32.45. See below for transaction fee summary.

Membership Registration Form Membership Registration Forms are in the Handouts. All you need to do is print off, include a check for $10 in your envelope, and mail to the address on the form. There's also the capability to become a member on-line by following the "registration" link in the menu to the left. Your membership in the O'Fallon Booster Club entitles you to receive the Club's e-newsletter for one year. The newsletter contains information pertinent to general business and sports registrations. Weather Link Intellicast weather link has been added to "Links" Page to assist league administators, coaches, and parents in properly planning Booster activities. |
